Stockman’s Ridge Signature Range Left Bank 2022

Stockman’s Ridge vineyard sitting at 800m above sea level and include these French varieties along with cooler climate heroes such as Pinots Gris and Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner. This new release from Stockman’s Ridge, along with its sibling the Right Bank, celebrates the French region of Bordeaux. This sees homage to the Médoc region of Bordeaux and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). Winemaker is the lauded Will Rikard-Bell.

Attractive and varietal: pencil, bay leaf, lead depth, walnut compote, iodine, plum, blackberry, dust, violets, and some refreshing cool mint. Medium flesh that displays tight and black. Plum fruit, soft tannins, sharp acid, cool mint profile and neat tail.
