From the single, close planted Sinapius vineyard in Pipers River established by Vaughn Dell and Linda Morice. Named after Linda’s family. Sinapius tell it like it is: 100% Estate Grown Gamay. Crushed to press, no additions, wild ferment, old oak for 5 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur added.

A clear cerise hue. Crunchy and attractive nose: fruit spectrum of pomegranate, quince, yellow peaches and dried cranberries with more savoury notes of peanut butter and a smoky nuance. Zesty, clean and refreshing. There’s a touch of stalky toothsomeness under a blood orange smear. Crisp and tight finish. Perfect on a hot summer’s eve.
