Near water pale with green highlights. Chalk, elderflower, green and pink apple skin, a kiss of musk, cardamom spice, cupboard dust, lime skin and matcha tea. Finely etched with an ethereal, other worldly quality. Driving acidity tempered by the barrel work which also provides a textural base. Refreshing, fine and seriously good.
