Langhorne Creek still flies under the radar with quality at exceptional prices.
Bremerton, Selkirk, Shiraz, Langhorne Creek, 2022
Steepingh plums, licoirce, woody spice, ‘bubblegum,’ a touch of formic acid/crushed ant., hints of smooth vamilla bean and boysenberry. There’s also some deep bruised rose petal, ferrous steel and white pepper piquancy. Creamy and smooth front to mid palate with blocky square bum, sprouting a little tail of acid of freshness. There’s an easy drinkability, with just a little rumble of tannin to ensure food friendliness.
