Brought into Australia through the Joval group. Most likely put together from Provence grapes such as Syrah (Shiraz), Grenache and Cinsault. Perfectly timed for sunny day enjoyment.
Rameau d’Or, Rosé, Côtes de Provence, 2024
Very pale hue, almost just a touch of bronzing. Pleasant nose, strawberry Danish, fresh cherry, spearmint lollies, touches of clotted cream, blood orange, white stone fruit, spring blossoms and malt wafer. The crisp red berries carry through a fresh, dry and clean palate. Has charm with some well managed phenolic grip. Match with a charcuterie platter, tuna belly sashimi or Thai beef salad.
