This Grenache from vines 37 – 96 years old. Fermented and matured in older French oak, save for one parcel in stainless steel for fruit purity. Winemaker is Dan Swincer. Note: Bottle image is of 2019, but nothing else has changed.
Orlando, Cellar 13, Grenache, Barossa Valley, 2024
Dark Garnet hue. Raspberry and fivespice with a doughy savoury underscore. Dark cherry, rose petal, soft herbal medicinal lift and graphite. Unashamedly fruit forward, yet maintains structure. Yin and yang: Crunchy and jubey, yet silky and smooth. Darkly delicious and bound to be found under RRP.
RRP: $35
Alc: 14.5%
