Sourced from 3 different vineyards in the Barossa. Waxy lemon skin, salt and brine. A little white flower perfume and some soft tropical sweetness. Distinct “pop-rocks” textural mouth feel that leads to lemon freshness and that steely, briny tangy finish. Just made for fresh seafood and drinking in the sun.
