Inky, clove studded plums, baked blueberry tart, Christmas spice and some smart cedary oak with a coconut hint (all French oak maturation however). Slippery quicksilver texture covers liqueur-esque bitter cherry and kitchen garden herbs. Superfine tannin structuremeans a silky ride all the way. Serve with glazed lamb or Chinese sticky pork ribs.
