Seppeltsfield Para Tawny 1988

An icon of the wine world and perfect for a slightly cool Hobart Christmas day evening around the fire with friends and family. Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre the usual suspects here.

Elegant, balanced and retains a natural spice this is luscious with burnt butter, rancio, preserved lemon and toffee leading to a buzzing, tight finish. Iconic and destined for many more years ahead.
