A lovely cerise colour in the glass. Carbonic maceration for the shiraz component and stainless steel maturation to keep all the flavours clean. Wild fruity strawberry and the “bubble gum” signature of the carbonic maceration lead the aromas before some waxy and herbaceous elements. Fresh and fun, it rollicks along with a grin but maintains gravitas with the sangiovese contributing herby off-sets. Moreish.
