Commendable to see the “Lean And Green” bottles being used to ship from one of Australia’s most remote wine regions. The bottles are made of 21% less glass, resulting in lighter packaging and lower carbon footprint.
West Cape Howe, Pinot Grigio, Western Australia, 2017

Opens very bright and lifted. With pear juice, pink apples, strawberry, pink grapefruit and a suggestion of leesy cheesy funk of solids rest to provide complexity. Clean flavours of pears, apples with the red fruit kiss of strawberries/red apples. A short to medium finish with a small amount of peppery spice. WCH are a consistent producer of the style.
