West Cape Howe, Sauvignon Blanc, Mount Barker, 2017

Pale gold with green highlights. Gooseberry and white peach aromas, punctuated with preserved lime and melon rind. Leaner, zippier than the 2016, Green fruit dominant with savoury aspects of green capsicum and blackberry leaf. The acidity is neither cloying or flabby and results in a super clean, fine finish.  A mature, respectful wine.
