TarraWarra Estate, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Yarra Valley, 2017
Rife with ginger spice, apricot, barley meal, lemon pickle, crisp taco shell and briny oyster. Medium full push through the palate: that ginger dominant over dehydrated apricot cheeks and bergamot tea. Has persistence and soft varietal waxiness with clean acidity to cut through the depths. Holds intrigue through balance.
