An exclusive import to Australia by Cellarmasters. Comprising the indigenous grapes Xarel·lo (40%), Macabeo (28%). Parellada (25%) there’s a touch French influence with Chardonnay (5%) and Pinot Noir (2%). Made in ‘traditional method.’

Lemon Lime ice block aromas, baked apple, dusty/chalky. Briny palate with crab apple and grapefruit citrus. A little waxy on the palate before finishing dry and shrill acidity. Simply styled but nails the intent for a well priced party starter!
