“Méthode Tasmanoise” is the trademarked style for Jansz Tasmania’s method of making in the traditional style.
Jansz Tasmania, Vintage Cuvée, Pipers River, 2014
Fine, elegant bead. Creamy brioche notes with fine oyster shell, lemon curd and a hint of rustic/earthy soda bread. A fine mousse that blossoms to give the complex mid-palate a red currant edge to the minerally fine lines. Hardly showing any hint of age. The finish of tangy citrus with cutting, cyrastline acidity shows this has plenty of time left.
