Pale salmon in hue. Attractive nose of cherries, raspberry jelly crystals, pink marshmallow and watermelon with hints of stonefruit. Crisp and clean. Light summer berries with a slightly waxy mouthfeel giving some weight to the palate. Dry and savoury through the medium finish. Pair up with pan fried chorizo.
