Robert Stein, Half Dry, RS15, Riesling, Mudgee, 2019

Rich and fragrant with lime citrus (leaf, juice, blossom), “Thirst” Lifesaver and crushed chalk. Purity and tension with a  chalky texture. Wonderfully balanced. Juicy and refreshing and tightens to a puckering finish. The sweetness is a mere polish over electric acidity. A delicious wine with impressive length.
