Red Knot by Shingleback, Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2018

Bruise purple in colour with bright edges. Warming, expressive nose with plenty of red raspberry and dark/purple berries, graphite and chocolate squares.  Flavoursome, well fruited with raspberry and ashen blackberry. Plenty of fine tannin providing excellent structure through a persistent finish with lingering powdery dark chocolate. Top regional value.
