Highly perfumed with thick rose petals, red berries, ropey red licorice, persimmon flesh, light white pepper, some rum n’ raisin chocolately goodness and a minerally soda water hit. Medium-full with crackling acidity that courses through layers of intense tightly bound tannins. Darkly savoury with a dry roasted Brazil nut twang, licks of licorice, meaty jus and a wonderful persistence to the long length of flavour.
