West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Shiraz 2018

Packaged in Lean + Green glass, the bottle feels lightweight in the hand. It certainly makes up for it on the palate. Sourced from various cool climate sites in Western Australia.

West Cape Howe, Shiraz, Western Australia, 2018

Inky, charred burnt ends meatiness with plenty of nutmeg brown and liquorice spice over chocolate and fresh blood plum. There’s a touch of black berries/cassis if you will, and blue fruits. Ultimately still smells cool. Smooth, easy and uncomplicated. A fine balance of blue/purple fruit over an interest of piquant pepper spice for a medium length finish. Well put together for the price.
