Grandis Wines, Unearthed, Garganega, Hunter Valley, 2019
A pale lemon gold hue. Aromatic and attractive, lemon/lime skin citrus with green apple/pomme fruit flesh. Some daisy and chamomile florals and a nutty, briny swathe. Full of vibrancy and energy. Acidity is highly pitched and soaring. A hint of textural grip and a bone dry, long finish.
