From a single vineyard, the Ablington Vineyard, located in central Pokolbin, heart of the Hunter Valley. Garganega is better known in its Italian home as the main variety in the Soave from the north-east of the land. More importantly, this is a grape a grape with a high tolerance to heat and water stress. Vital in a warming climate .Made with partial skin contact during fermentation.

A pale lemon gold hue. Aromatic and attractive, lemon/lime skin citrus with green apple/pomme fruit flesh. Some daisy and chamomile florals and a nutty, briny swathe. Full of vibrancy and energy. Acidity is highly pitched and soaring. A hint of textural grip and a bone dry, long finish.
