A deviation here in the usual Jaraman paradigm, this release is a sourced from a single region.
Taylors, Jaraman, Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley, 2017
Brooding aromas: peppery stalky notes, crushed thyme leaf, macerated cherry, strawberry and plum skin with pencilly oak. Medium-bodied, with plenty of ripe red plum and baked cherry tart flavours wrapped with balanced just-creamy oak. A fine finish of lingering savoury herbs. Smooth and ready to drink now.
