Blue Pyrenees Estate, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Bone Dry Rosé, Pyrenees, 2019
Pale, almost translucent bronze/onion skin in colour. Initial round red fruit aromas, with spice and white cherry. There’s a touch of herbaceous ashen leaf and a meaty, almost dry roasted pork complexity. Tight, dry and just medium bodied. Pen-light beam focused long palate with a crisp, bone dry refreshing finish.
