Made with fruit grown at Blewitt Springs with vineyards between 60 and 100 years old and maturation in older oak.

Serafino, Reserve, Grenache, McLaren Vale, 2019

Deep garnet. Plum and dark raspberry regional/varietal with soft elements of rose petal folds, musk, pink chalk with some kitchen herbs and a touch of earthy graphite and pencil lead. Handsomely constructed, with suave front to mid palate transition and hyperfine tannins. Supple and fruit forward with a little kick of juicy acidity to keep the tail thrashing.
