Pale lemon-gold colour. Lemon flesh, mandarin skin, grapefruit, tropical fruit hint, slight nettle/fennel frond line with refreshing saline and soft oak nuances. Good depth of bright fruit flavour that maintains persistence through the mid palate. Oak just sitting a little heavy for the moment, but potential for ageing.
