Pale straw/lemon hue. Flinty, delicate aromas with veins of lime, verbena, light peach and restrained oak. Calm and precise. Delicate with fantastic fruit focus and purity. A wine of lovely elegant texture, yeasty base and a long flavour tail and keen acidity.
