Fruit for this release comes from WCH’s “home” vineyard: Langton, located in the Mount Barker sub-region of Great Southern in Western Australia.

West Cape Howe, Riesling, Mount Barker, 2020

Almost water clear with light green hue. Light limey citrus, cotton fabric and white flowers with pleasing chalky earthiness. Intense and sheer acidity with plenty of lime juice and a clean, fresh finish. Give it a few years for development or serve with fresh seafood or sashimi.
