From the last of 3 warm, quality years for the Hunter. Dusty, earthy truffle tones with clove, peppercorns, dark berry fruit and light char. Medium bodied and svelte. Plenty of precise dark fruit and spice wrapped in a milky richness and tightly knitted tannins. Showcasing that Australian Shiraz can be powerful without being brutish.
