This release an in-store exclusive to bottle-shops and direct from Shaw via the Dan Murphy’s website. A blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Merlot.

Easy does it here. Flavour forward comforting, comfortable blend. Pencilly and woody Cabernet with plenty of blackberry, bramble and toothpaste mint over plum jam and vanilla bean paste. Toasty, mocha oak and a little dash of umami soy/stock. Medium full: the tannins grind through their gears giving drive to the minty black fruit. There’s a little charm and decent balance, but nothing to overthink.
