Grown and made in the Western Region of country Victoria, sitting at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level: warm days and cools nights.
Label artwork for the Cabernet Sauvignon is entitled “Valley” by John Sheehan. Note: Bottle image is a previous release and medals not applicable for the 2018.
Almost rustic with charm of turned earth, moist tobacco, cedar, blackcurrant, touches of herby bay leaf, mint and lanolin. Could almost be Sunday roast in a glass. Medium bodied with intent. Fine, broken concrete slab of tannins with a blanketing of blackcurrant, bay and deep mint. A handsome Cabernet from the bush that proudly wears its boots. Good value.
