The 2020 of this has just been released and dutifully won Elena and Zar Brooks the title of Bushing Monarch!

Dandelion Vineyards, Lion’s Tooth of McLaren Vale, Shiraz/Riesling , McLaren Vale, 2019

Leafy greengage underscoring satsuma plum, light charry oak, intense licorice and a deep base of earthy tyre rubber (I find this in McLaren Vale sometimes) with milk choc oak. Silky and supple palate with plenty of plum, chocolate with a tight berry profile. The bright lift from the Riesling provides a fine cut through the finish long flavour tail. Plush, easy and crunchy through the finish.
