Medium ruby to garnet with a bright rim. Slippery and ripe nose: red currant and raspberry, with a little chalk dust, pink marshmallow sweetness and stalky peppery spice. Fresh and upfront. Fruit forward with an easy texture and medium body leading to a firm, dry finish. Serve with home made pepperoni pizza (with plenty of garlic).
