Fragrant leafy spice: dill frond and rocket, white pepper, lemon zest, pomme fruit skin and straw/hay bale dusty dryness. Achingly dry with piquant, zesty green spice and a slightly waxy, grippy near medium weight body of green pomme and bittersweet citrus. Has enough stature to have your choice of schnitzel thrown at it.
