Definitely no fence sitting here as to where the wine lands on the Gris/Grigio argument. Definitely in the French camp.
Tahbilk, Pinot Gris, Nagambie Lakes, 2021
A change in winemaking style from the 2020 with less skin contact time resulting in on the faintest of blush in colour. Fragrant Nashi pear, apple leaf, lychee and blonde balsa wood. Textural and weighty with sharp, keen acidity balancing the flesh. Finishing mouthwatering and dry.
RRP: $21.50
