Little Giant, Pinot Gris, Adelaide Hills, 2021

Very faint blush, the lightest onion skin copper. Little bath soaps, waxy pear, fresh straw bale, lemon zest, golden delicious apple and short crust biscuit (courtesy of barrel and lees work). Textural elements assist with building a rich profile: grassy and buttery tones over lemon drop citrus and pear juice. Some cool climate bite of acidity keeps things vibrant.
