Plum, blackcurrant, campfire ash, black olive, saltbush, sage, leather, coffee, vanilla bean and baking spices. Solid and varietal. Some base earthy notes supported by firm, flat tannins and a surprising lift through the finish. Unfortunately a little spike of heat at the back strips the experience.
