Jubey dark raspberry fruit with whiffs of amaro herbs, dark chocolate, leather, deep violet and grated nutmeg. Plentiful fruit. Full, well balanced and clean. Polished palate with just drying cracking tannins with high clips of acidity.  Good value for any sort of Italian fare- homemade or takeaway.
