Praxis is defined as “practice, as distinguished from theory.” Also the “entry level” for Moorilla. Fruit from the north of the state: the St Matthias vineyard, overlooking the River Tamar (kanamaluka) in northern Tasmania.

Pale to medium cerise hue. Good representation with stalky cherry, plenty of cinnamon brown spice, some meaty pâté depth and blueberry muffin (store bought, not homemade) on the pull-away from the nose. Lightly framed (intentionally) and simply structured with bright cherry fruit, lingering blood orange and easy, firm tannins. Definitely made to be consumed in large quantities on lawns or feasts with good friends.
