Pale lemon straw hue. Vibrant nose: orange blossom, apricot flesh, preserved lemon, just grated ginger, and dusty almond meal. Well structured: very good balance between Viognier’s inherent waxy, voluptuous rolls and natural acidity for drive and lift. The finish is long, spiced and enjoyable.
