Pale lemon in colour (no skin contact to give any hue/shade). Nose of floury apple flesh, warm pear and gooey spiced caramel sauce over citrus peaks of lime/lemon sherbet and chalk dust. Keeping true to Grigio styling with a fine frame that zings with a fresh fruit focus. Uncomplicated, unpretentious.
