Clandestine take fruit from vineyards near the picturesque village of Woodside in the verdant Adelaide Hills. Stainless steel fermentation to ensure fruit focus.
Clandestine Vineyards, Pinot Grigio, Adelaide Hills, 2021
Pale lemon in colour (no skin contact to give any hue/shade). Nose of floury apple flesh, warm pear and gooey spiced caramel sauce over citrus peaks of lime/lemon sherbet and chalk dust. Keeping true to Grigio styling with a fine frame that zings with a fresh fruit focus. Uncomplicated, unpretentious.
