Farm Hand Wines, One Of A Kind, Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2020
Deep bruise purple in colour. Full and rich McLaren Vale. Dark berries and raspberries, a touch of steely graphite, hard rind cheesy depth with plenty of chocolate studded with clove and pepper spice. Textbook palate with dark concentration providing focus for the choc/raisin/berry fruit. Rumbly, chewy tannins give some oomph before a bright coda. Utterly drinkable.
