Peat, earth, rich plum, crushed black pepper, shaved anise, steel wool, choc ganache, parmesan rind/meaty depth and just out of the dryer flannelette sheets. Medium full palate, surprising puckering acidity freshness that slices through bright jubey fruit with a licorice echo. Super dark slurpy fun with a grounded earthy base.
