Technically this should be a Rosato rather than the French word Rosé. Made from traditional Glera and Pinot Nero. Third generation Italian-Australian winery Calabria Family Wines are now importing this Italian bubbles.

Very pale salmon hue. Delicate strawberry and honeysuckle florals over lavender and soft citrus with depth from Parmesan rind-like lees. Refreshing, dry and clean with lingering easy red fruits and a touch of grip. Pleasant all round.
