Langhorne Creek may have Shiraz as its regional red grape hero.
Bremerton, Selkirk, Shiraz, Langhorne Creek, 2020
Earthy Dutch licorice, blood plum, dark chocolate, a little rolling tobacco, leather, raspberry, Saxa camping white pepper, wood shaving & mocha oak. Full and a little chunky. Piquant, peppery spiced palate with flat dark berry fruit. Tannins are raw and skewed with oak influence. Some heat through the finish. Perhaps re-visit in a few years to smooth out.
