Ruby garnet hue with ermine rims. All cuddly raspberry, red currant and red plum fruit with milk chocolate drops, ferrous bloody steel bars, char and woody star anise-like spice. Suave and smooth. The polished, yet bright palate providing silky layers of red fruits, spiked and studded with pepper, anise and clove. All this wrapped up in sweet oak giving solid vanilla through the finish, ably supported with hyper tannin.
