Fruit for probably the most premium site for this blend in Australia: Margaret River, the blend of the two grapes complement each other (as made famous in Bordeaux, France). All stainless steel ferment to preserve fruit purity. Note: Bottle image is of 2023, but naught has changed elsewise. If you’re going to chose a value option for this blend, this is it.

Howard Park, Miamup, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Margaret River, 2025

Pale lemon hue. Top nots of celery seed, gooseberry, lemon verbena, jalapeñ0, fresh cut grass, paw paw, preserved lemon, green pear, curry leaf and orange blossom. Balanced and juicy. Some earthy base layers from the SB with bright and tight Semillon citrus. Well put together and an exemplar of the blend.
