St Hubert’s, Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley, 2021
Okay, stepping up in the serious stakes here. Soaked cherry flesh with plenty of brown spice, gamey flesh and forest floor earthiness. Plenty of pinosity. Grippy tannin over delicate fruit with plenty of drive. Quality Yarra example.
