St Hubert’s winemaker Greg Jarrett advises a 52% Cabernet and 48% Merlot split. 13 months maturation in French oak barriques (15% new).

Luncheon Claret time. Black fruit and savoury olive. Cassis drive and bramble leaf. Balanced and restrained showing lively black fruit offset by olive nuance with fine, spreading tannin and closing with a medium length of flavour.
