A brand new release from Seppelt and the blonde half of the pair bearing the name of Frenchman Charles Pierlot. Charles was employed in 1890 by Hans Irvine (who had purchased the Best’s vineyards in Western Victoria after Joseph Best’s passing) to craft some of Australia’s first Méthode Traditionelle sparkling wines. Made with traditional grapes of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier. Winemaker is Clare Dry.
